The Foundations of The Tree Flow

The Tree Flow Method is built around 4 complementary pillars that work together to support nervous system regulation and create lasting change.

❊ The Method

A structured mind–body practice combining breath, gentle movement, and visualisation to support nervous system regulation and inner balance.

01

Sophrology

Body-based practices designed to relieve stored tension and restore the body’s natural ability to regulate.

02

Somatic Reset

A range of structured breathing techniques selected according to specific outcomes, each engaging different patterns of regulation within the body.

03

Breathwork Techniques

Tailored resources and structured support to expand your self-understanding, identify patterns and support lasting shifts.

Individual Journeys

One-to-One Sessions

Tailored Approach

Each one-to-one session is tailored to your needs.

An initial consultation allows us to identify your priorities and define the focus of the sessions.

You may be experiencing:

  • Stress or a persistent feeling of being under pressure

  • Feeling overwhelmed by the accumulation of everyday demands

  • Difficulty switching off, even when the day is done

  • Anxiety, an underlying sense of fear or worry that’s hard to explain

  • Mood swings, irritability or snapping at things that wouldn’t normally bother you

  • Low or depleted energy, or feeling no longer like yourself

  • Difficulty falling asleep or waking up still tired

  • Specific fears or moments of panic

  • Preparing for a significant or challenging event

Focus Areas

  • ADHD in women, particularly late diagnosis, helping manage focus, overwhelm and mood stability

  • Hypersensitivity, supporting understanding of sensory overload and how it affects processing and daily functioning

  • Emotional regulation, reducing reactivity and helping return to a calmer, more stable state

  • Hormonal transitions, helping navigate changes in sleep, energy, metabolism and emotional well-being

  • Burnout & Chronic Exhaustion, recognising the patterns that keep the body stuck in overdrive and gradually rebuilding the capacity to recover.

How It Works

We begin with an initial consultation to understand your needs and priorities.

Together, we define clear goals, and sessions are tailored to your current challenges.

Sessions take place in South Kensington, in a calm and private setting, or via Zoom when needed.

Small Group Sessions

Small group sessions offer a gentle and structured space to reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive group setting.

These sessions are designed to create a sense of safety, presence and reconnection, while allowing each participant to move at their own pace.

What to Expect

Each session is built around a theme that invites reflection and a personal intention before the practice begins, creating space to pause and connect inwardly.

  • Gentle somatic movements and breathwork techniques to release tension and support nervous system regulation

  • Guided awareness and visualisation practices inspired by seasonal themes

  • A calm and supportive group atmosphere

  • An optional moment of sharing at the end of the session

Locations

Group sessions take place in two settings, depending on the season, and are offered in either English or French depending on the group.

Hyde Park — Seasonal Outdoor Sessions

Seasonal outdoor sessions take place in carefully selected areas of Hyde Park, offering a calm and immersive natural setting. Practising outdoors creates a unique sensory experience, supporting reconnection with breath, body, and the surrounding environment.

South Kensington — Indoor Friday Sessions

Indoor sessions take place on Fridays in a calm and welcoming practice space in South Kensington, offering continuity throughout the year.

How to Join

Group sessions are offered seasonally, with new dates shared in advance.

If you would like to join a future session, you can leave your details to be notified when new dates are released.

Corporate &

Leadership

Context

Within corporate and leadership environments, sustained pressure, workload and cognitive demands build over time.

As responsibilities increase and pace accelerates, clarity, focus and effective decision-making may become harder to maintain.

Without structured support for nervous system regulation, teams may experience cognitive overload, mental fatigue and declining performance, increasing long-term risk of burnout.

The Approach

The Tree Flow introduces a structured method centred on nervous system regulation, designed to support clarity, focus and effective functioning within demanding professional environments.

Rather than offering momentary relief alone, sessions provide practical techniques that can be applied during the workday, before important meetings, or during periods of increased pressure.

The Tree Flow brings together four complementary Pillars: Sophrology, Somatic Work, Breathwork Techniques and Insight & Integration Tools, working in combination to support more stable performance and sustained mental clarity.

Formats

Sessions are designed to integrate naturally within existing professional environments, either as standalone experiences or as part of a structured programme.

Formats Offered:

  • Workshops, integrated into existing schedules or delivered as dedicated team sessions

  • Executive sessions, supporting clarity, presence and effective decision-making

  • Short practical series, designed to provide tools that can be applied during daily work demands

  • Collaborative programmes, developed in alignment with the rhythm, structure and priorities of the organisation

Curated Wellness Environments

Context

Many curated environments already offer wellness experiences such as yoga, breathwork or mindfulness, each supporting wellbeing in its own way.

Yet, structured approaches centred on nervous system regulation often remain the missing layer, particularly for guests who may benefit from relaxation in the moment but struggle to sustain its effects beyond the experience.

This is where The Tree Flow integrates multiple complementary modalities into one cohesive method.

The Approach

The Tree Flow brings together four complementary pillars: Sophrology, Somatic Work, Breathwork Techniques and Insight & Integration Tools.

Each pillar supports regulation from a different angle, working in combination to support clearer thinking, sustained focus and consistent regulation.

Rather than offering isolated practices, The Tree Flow creates a structured pathway that supports both immediate experience and lasting integration.

Formats

Sessions are designed to integrate naturally within curated environments, either as standalone experiences or as part of a broader programme.

Formats offered

• Workshops integrated into existing schedules or offered as dedicated experiences

•Guest facilitation supporting retreats, immersive programmes or seasonal events

•Short immersive series designed to deepen participant experience over several sessions

•Collaborative programmes developed in alignment with the rhythm and operational flow of the space

Bio

A late ADHD diagnosis, emerging during a period of hormonal transition, and years of sustained over-adaptation eventually led to burnout.

At the time, much of what she was experiencing had little recognition or clear structure.

Over time, this journey led her to create what she herself had once needed but could not find.

That search became a path.

She trained in Sophrology at The Sophrology Academy, building a structured foundation in mind–body regulation and guided awareness. She later deepened her understanding of exhaustion patterns and long-term recovery through The Burnout Academy.

In 2026, she completed the Lifestyle Medicine and Wellness Coaching Immersion at Harvard Medical School, strengthening her understanding of the science behind sleep, stress regulation, movement and sustainable health behaviours.

Through this journey, one thing became clear: lasting regulation requires more than a single technique. It depends on several complementary dimensions working together.

This insight became the foundation of The Tree Flow Method.

Today, she works with women navigating burnout, hormonal transitions and late ADHD diagnosis, supporting those seeking a structured path back to clarity, steadiness and inner alignment.

She also partners with organisations and curated environments seeking to bring meaningful nervous system support into workplaces and wellbeing spaces.
